Athlete OR Coach Reports (Individual)
An assessment that captures how an athlete OR a coach (separately) relates, exchanges and communicates with a specific coach or athlete in the team/squad. It can reveal the relational environment within which a coach and an athlete operate. It is an ideal tool to aid self-awareness by helping you explore the current state of the coach-athlete relationship from your own standpoint and discover ways to influence and interact effectively in order to succeed.
This test supplies a single report that contains one’s own (athlete’s or coach’s) assessment.

Coach AND Athlete Reports (Dyadic)
An assessment that captures how both a coach and an athlete relate, communicate and interact. It is an ideal tool to highlight compatibility and potential areas of conflict, as well as provide an insight into future interpersonal (in)effectiveness, performance success and personal satisfaction (or lack of).
This test supplies three reports: an individual report to the coach and an individual report to the athlete, as well as a report that combines both the coach’s and the athlete’s' responses to reveal points of agreement versus disagreement that may limit the effectiveness and success of the relationship.
